Are you trade only?

Not at all. We're happy to sell to end consumers and the trade a like.

How do I change my details?

The site says my email address is already in use?

This means you already have an existing account with us. Email us at info@parsleyintime.co.uk and we will get back to you with your log in details

Who delivers my order?

We endeavour to do this on our own transport but on occasions we will send on an overnight service.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Alternatively email us at info@parsleyintime.co.uk or call our office on 0208 317 5080 and one of our sales advisors will be happy to help.

I have had the wrong goods delivered/arrived broken what should I do?

What is your returns policy?

All website returns are discretionary and they must be reported within 14 days of receiving goods. To arrange this please contact our sales team on 020 8317 5080 or info@parsleyintime.co.uk

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards as well as Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Is there a minimum order value?

Not at all. We'll happily send you anything from a box of teaspoons to a full kitchen of equipment.

What are the carriage charges?

Standard next working day carriage is charged at £5.95 for all orders under £100. There are other options available once you proceed through to the check out such as AM Next Day and Saturday delivery, which are charged at a premium rate.

Can you send me a catalogue?

We'd be happy to! Just fill out the form on the contact page and we'll have one to you within 5 working days. Before you do that, have a look at our online catalogue first - it's the greener option!
