Ideal saucepan for making sauces, reduction cooking, simmering... Inocuivre First Classe cookware composed of 90% copper and 10% AISI 304 stainless steel: - 90% of copper on the outside: excellent thermal conductivity for a homogeneous heat distribution and a great heating circuit; exceptional cooking results. - 10% stainless steel on the inside: perfectly food grade; eliminates the need to re-tin copper for easy care; the low proportion of stainless steel does not alter the properties of copper. Riveted handle in cast stainless steel, French-style curvature: comfortable and ergonomic handling; authentic cookware. High-end mirror polishing. Simple and traditional aesthetics for a kitchen range. Care of copper: use a polishing paste. Care of stainless steel: wash by hand. For allcooktops EXCEPT induction.
Re-discover the basic utensil of Great Kitchens and French cuisine with traditional cast iron handles. The copper saucepan is sure to bring elegance to your Kitchen, Buffet and Table. Copper is the material that sets the standard for heat diffusion: it provides perfect and controlled heat diffusion across the entire pan for even cooking on any cook top, except induction. The stainless steel interior is easy to clean.
